This is due to a Windows security update. This was added back in the most recent update.


If you need to set up IE mode in Chrome as a quick workaround, download the IEAbility extension for Chrome:

This adds an orange button in the top right corner next to bookmarks to allow web pages to open in IE mode in Chrome.


Copy the Careblox URL into chrome and bookmark it for easy access. Show the user how to open in IE mode with the orange button.


Credentials will be pulled over from IE credentials cache on the PC.
