If a home accidentally adds a service user with a block contract, the block contract can be removed:

- Run the query for the particular service user

- In the 'service_users' table find the 'block_contract' column:

- Right click the cell/value -> click 'Insert value' -> click 'NULL':

- Do the same thing for the 'service_user_changes' table.
