All Portal 3 logins for home staff should be their personal email address.
No-one should be able to log into another persons account under any circumstances.
For most Staff, a home manager can set up their logins. But for home managers, admins and deputies, this is set up by Payroll using details provided by HR. Again this should be a login that requires the users personal login.
This is done to prevent any GDPR issues when a new manager or admin (etc) is recruited.
