When assigning staff members as cover to partner sites or separate wings such as Mallard at Coniston, The Lodge at Little Holland Hall, or Carsington House on the Rapkyns campus, the home must let payroll know which staff members need to cover on the partner site.


Payroll will then go into the portal 3 staff section, find employee contracts and assign the other site as cover. All IT needs to do is let the home manager/admin know to contact payroll for this change.
