Go to plans > protection > click on Microsoft SQL data to \\rackstation\main\IT Dropbox\Serve... > click on details in the right pane

Click on Run Now

Progress can be checked on activities tab to see when it is complete:

Let finance know it has been backed up.

They will then roll over the financial year.

Get them to let us know when they have done this.

Run the back up again.
