If a Silverlake home calls with a Bitlocker Recovery Key Message on their PC, Do the following steps:

  1. Ask them for the Recovery Key ID (ideally ask them to take a photo because it is long: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
  2. Go to Office 365 Admin Centre
  3. Click on ‘Show All’ on the left
  4. Click on Azure Active Directory
  5. Click on Manage -> Devices
  6. Click on Bitlocker Keys (Preview)
  7. Enter the ID key, this will reveal the recovery key.
