Errors When Adding A Staff Member
- If the add staff form states the 'NI Number has been taken' or 'mobile number has been taken', please ask Development to change the old record's values to placeholder values
- Rate not appearing in the rate dropdown menu - the rate is simply absent from the Rates page. The rate must be added and authorised there before a staff member can be assigned the rate
Staff Member Not Displaying In Staff List
- The home must enter a start date for the staff member for them to appear in the staff list
- If a start date was entered and they still are absent from the list, this is because the start date for the staff is a future date. As soon as we reach that date, the staff member will appear in the list
