Note - all agency shifts will automatically have a 30 minute break applied for anything 6 hours or over and a 1 hour break applied for anything 12 hours or over, meaning we don't have to define these unpaid breaks when adding agency.
Add The Agency (Skip This Section if Agency Already Added)
1) The Agency must first be added to the global agency list
2) Underneath PROPERTY SERVICES in the main menu, click 'Companies'
3) Click the 3 dots on the right hand side of the page to start adding a 'New Company'. Fill in the required information and save
Add The Agent
1) Now that the Agency has been added, click the green box in the upper left corner to change to the relevant site
2) Underneath PROPERTY SERVICES in the main menu, click 'Suppliers'
3) Click the 3 dots on the right hand side of the page to start adding a 'New Supplier'. Fill in the required information and save
4) To triple check that the Agent has been added, please visit the Planner and check if the newly added Agent appears in the 'New Shift' form:
