How to 'deactivate' a closed or sold home in Jarman:

open Jarman and select 'SAGE Databases'
If you have the appropriate access, you will see a drop down option that says 'Select Sage Databases' Change this selection to 'Configure Companies/Homes'
From the drop down in the new screen select the relevant company.
Next choose 'Modify Company' or 'Modify Cost Centre' accordingly.
In the new screen you can set the 'Active/Live Cases' , 'Closed/Sold - Active' or 'Closed/Sold Dormant' accordingly

Historically this is usually managed by the financial team leaders.
