Once you've set up a new Head Office user on Portal, you will need to send all the passwords and information to their Line Manager.

This is normally the deputy receivables manager (i.e. Emma Smith or Alastair Clarke)


I normally send this via email (as they will be changing their passwords as soon as they login to the accounts)


PC/JARMan/Portal Logon:

Username: Firstname.Surname
Password: Firstname.Surname (will be asked to change this upon initial logon)


CareBlox:

Username: FirstInitialSurname
Password: FirstInitialSurname (will be asked to change this upon initial logon)
