For IT:

By default a phone cannot have the forwarding set at the Handset – to enable it for the user:

Log into iPECS

Open Station Data -> Station Attributes1

Set Call Forward to ON

Click Save

Once the handset has had it enabled by IT:

To enable call forwarding via the handset

1) Dial 554 or Lift the handset and press DND

2) Dial the type of forward code (usually 1 for unconditional)

         1=Unconditional

         2=Busy

         3=No Answer

         4=Busy/No Answer

3) Dial the destination number (press “SPEED” first if it is a speed dial number)

To turn call forwarding off:

1) Dial 554 or lift the handset and press DND

2) Press #
