If someone cannot see specific reports in SAGE, it might be because their company preferences is not set to view reports in data folder.
This option can be corrected by:
1) open SAGE and log into the relevant company
2) Click on Settings
3) Click on Company Preferences...
4) Click on Reporting
5) Tick the box for "Use Data Path for Reports"
6) Click OK
And your done...
This appears to be a per PC setting rather than per database setting.
