Can't access Planner

The current payroll period may be missing which will prevent the user from accessing the Planner. Generate a payroll period.

Unresolvable shift in resolve issues

Usually occurs when the clocking times are drastically different from the shift time e.g. if a clocking in time says 21st June when the shift was on 20th June. The admin/manager must edit the records accordingly.


Staff Member can't see their Shifts on Clock In Screen

Staff members may not see any shifts on their clock in screen if they have not been assigned any. If the staff member still needs to clock in, they may still do so by clicking the green 'Clock in' button, it will just not be related to a shift. They must also make sure that they clock out at the correct time using the red 'Clock out' button that will appear once they have clocked in. This time and attendance data will later be associated with the correct shift.


Staff Member Clocked In/Out by Accident

If a staff member clocks in or out, they will be able to 'undo' this action from the same page if they access it again in the following five minutes. This means that if a staff member mistakenly clocks out an hour before the end of their shift they will be able to simply press undo and the system will remove their clock out time and render them still clocked in.
