Suddenly Unable To Sign In


If an admin or management are suddenly unable to sign into Portal and receive an error telling them their credentials are wrong, it is usually because they edited some of their personal details, which in turn destroyed the tie between their personal details and their login details.


For example, my personal details state that my email address is my work email address, therefore I must use my work email address for my login and should not be changed to something else.


Note - ADMINS AND MANAGEMENT MUST SIGN IN WITH THEIR WORK EMAIL EMAIL ADDRESSES AND NOT THEIR PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESSES


Not Receiving Setup Code

Please ensure they are sending the setup code to the email address stated in their personal details.
If they still do not receive the code, notify the developers to pull the setup code from the database.


Seeing a screen full of HTML after signing in and being unable to do navigate away from the screen


Rare occurrence. 

Happens when the user is accessing a part of the system and their permissions simultaneously change which breaks their account.


Try clearing cookies and refreshing Portal - sometimes fixes the issue.


Forward to Devs to sort out if clearing cookies doesn't work.
