please try this fix, before contacting IT support


This could also fix bounce back issues with any email address.


Open outlook and open a new email window.


Begin typing the email address for the account you want to send emails to, for this example we will use Property.services@akaricare.co.uk


When you begin typing, outlook should begin listing possible email addresses, there will be a big grey 'X' next to this. (see attached picture)


Clicking this will remove this record from outlooks memory, you can now manually enter the email address, and it should save the correct email for future use.
